I am excited to announce that three of my poems will be going into publication.Two of which were winning poems in an online competition sponsored by 21st Century Poets.Com
Dear Poet,
We are pleased to inform you that your poetry has been accepted into
the first annual 21st Century Poets Collection! Please be assured,
all rights are retained by the submitting poet and 21st Century Poets
claims no ownership of your intellectual property in any way. The
individual poems we have accepted are listed below, and we expect to
have a publication date of October 1, 2012. Now that the selection
process has been completed, we’ll begin editing and formatting and we
will keep you updated on the status as things progress.

project, as well as future projects.

First, CONGRATULATIONS!! I’m so happy for you, and glad that you’ve come through your recent illness. Prayer does work!! I had contact with Julie, throughout, so she kept me up to speed about you. And just so, we concentrate on her brother John.
Second–I’m so sorry about the stalker, and hope that is a temporary issue. Again, congrats and best wishes for continued good health and success. sincerely, Caddo

Thank you Thomas,This is such an emotional thing for me,as a child I recall being told that “who did I think you’re kidding” that’s not poetry,you’re stupid and the like,but beneath all that negativity were the words of my beloved grandmother urging me to dream the improbable and go for it.She was and remains the greatest influence in my life and though she’s been gone over 30 years her love legacy lives on
